When I embarked on my musical journey 20 years ago, I was much like you – eager, passionate, and searching for guidance.

Navigating the industry's intricate web, I hungered for direction and the right connections. Resources seemed scarce and paths, unclear.

Initially, I was drawn to the allure of the major leagues. The glitz and glamour of high-profile artists and record labels were magnets for my ambitions.

I found myself in studios alongside notable names like Jadakiss, Waka Flocka, and Gunplay – artists revered in the hip-hop community.

Yet, despite these encounters, no formal projects emerged.

This led to an epiphany: rather than chasing after established giants, why not foster the upcoming artist community?

Why not create something so dynamic and steadfast that the major players would gravitate towards us?

And so, I pivoted...

My mission became centered on nurturing emerging talents, helping them find their voice, and building a solid foundation in the music world.
